GOLD LEVEL FEE OF $2,000 INCLUDES:

  • Lunch (up to 3 representatives per exhibit)

SILVER LEVEL FEE OF $1,000 INCLUDES:

  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs (limited to table-top displays)
  • Extension cord (if requested in advance)
  • Lunch (up to 2 representatives per exhibit)

ELECTRICAL NEEDS:

Electrical hook-ups will be at the expense of the exhibitor. The exhibitor is responsible for additional electrical charges, and all shipping and set-up arrangements and costs.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

The exhibitor is responsible for damage to property. No signs or other articles can be affixed, nailed, or otherwise attached to walls, door, etc., in such a manner as to deface or destroy them. Likewise, no attachments can be made to floor by nails, screws, or other devices which would damage them. Exhibitors planning to dispense liquids of any kind must take precautions to protect flooring. It is expressly agreed that the Indiana University Department of Anesthesia shall not be liable for any loss of, or damage to, goods or property of exhibitors.
